Answers to common questions about FieldResolve – from implementation and security, to pricing and support.

Product

FieldResolve is an AI-powered technical support assistant that gives instant, accurate answers pulled directly from your manufacturer documentation – user guides, support logs, and knowledge base content. It’s built for internal tech support teams, field technicians, and end-user customers.

FieldResolve is trained exclusively on your documentation, not the open internet. It operates in a closed system – your content never feeds a public model, and answers are grounded in your actual manuals and support history instead of general AI guesses.

Manufacturers with technical products that generate high call volume: fire and life safety, HVAC, industrial equipment, electronics, and similar categories where installers and end users regularly need documentation-based troubleshooting.

Implementation

Most organizations are live within weeks, not months. The process has four phases: documentation gathering, AI training, tool training, and launch. The launch phase will include a pilot program to a select set of users.

Your existing user guides, support logs, and knowledge base content. FieldResolve is built from what you already have — there’s no need to write new documentation before launch.

Minimal. FieldResolve handles documentation ingestion and model training. Your team’s main involvement is sharing source materials and validating answers during the pilot rollout.

Yes. As you publish new manuals, bulletins, or support content, it can be added to keep answers current.

Security & Data Privacy

No. FieldResolve operates in a closed system. Your proprietary documentation and support queries are end-to-end encrypted and are never used to train external or public Large Language Models (LLMs).

All data is encrypted end-to-end, from ingestion through every user interaction. Access is restricted to authorized users within your organization’s instance.

No. Each deployment is isolated to your organization. FieldResolve never shares, sells, or repurposes your information outside your instance.

Yes. Deployment can align with your organization’s specific security and compliance requirements, with your team retaining control over infrastructure and access.

Deployment Options

Three tiers, deployable individually or together: Internal Tech Support — for your support agents. Field Technician Portal — for installers and field techs. End-User Access (coming soon) — self-service for your end customers.

No. Most organizations start with Internal Tech Support to prove out resolution-time and cost impact, then expand to field technicians and end users to reduce inbound call volume further.

No. Each tier is scoped to the appropriate audience and content – end-user and field technician access can be limited to what’s relevant for their role.

Measuring Results

Detailed reporting on documentation gaps, agent training gaps, and the questions users ask most which is giving you actionable insight for both internal teams and external stakeholders.

Track resolution time, call volume, escalation rate, and first-call resolution before and after launch. Most organizations see resolution times drop from hours to seconds, with corresponding gains in call capacity and customer satisfaction.

Every deployment is different, but industry benchmarks offer a useful frame of reference: the average contact center’s first-call resolution (FCR) rate sits just under 70%, and each one-point improvement in FCR can save a midsize center roughly $286,000 a year (SQM Group). Separate research on generative AI support tools has found double-digit gains in resolved issues per hour alongside meaningful reductions in handle time (NBER Working Paper No. 31161, 2023). We can walk through what that could look like for your call volume and team size on a demo call.

Pricing

Pricing depends on deployment scope (which tiers you launch), documentation volume, and the size of the user base. Most internal agent licenses sell for $49 per month and most field technician licenses sell for $25 per month. Implementation fees apply.
